Officials have unveiled another project to change the face of the forum.

Forum Administrator Montag said Friday, "The changes have been well documented before hand and there's been plenty of time to address issues with the layout."

According to the clerk's office, however, no such documentation has been filed.

The project is estimated to cost approximately $0.

"What did you expect?" said Montag. "It's a free forum."

Several undisclosed sources have said the project may change background in favor of a more formal look, or may change in a more drastic way depending on several factors.

Administrator Montag is consulting several project managers on this topic over the next few days, the sources said.
