Project Apex, a writer's forum still in its infancy, has already decided to change color scheme, according to a forum manager known only as "Montag."

Though Montag refused comment Thursday afternoon, a user has leaked the alleged plans to local media. The member chose not to disclose their identity in fear of persecution.

"The plans for a turquoise and silvery background were called 'idiotic' and 'just plain silly' for a while around the office, but I guess it finally got through to the boss," said the forum member on Thursday. "But if we're being honest here, I don't think the administrator came up with it on his own. He must've swiped the idea from another member."

Which other member, the information-leaker didn't know. "It all just kind of seems like a conspiracy, man," they said. "Like Area 51 and WWII."

The forum member said they believe the plans are in the works to be finished before the end of this week.

Forum administrators for Project Apex have now taken on the council of members in order to find a new color sceme.

Lead administrator Montag told local media outlets to speak with his press secretary, but wife Mildred commented: "What press secretary? He can't even afford a decent pair of underwear!"

A design with dark grey, red, and black set over a nebulus space background was heavily criticized by those who enjoy their sense of sight -- and wished to keep that sense.

Developers say a new trial design is up now, and the project will continue to develop despite construction setbacks.

A new logo is also in the works, officials said Saturday.
